Maple Balsamic Barrel Aged Vinegar - 200ml

Proudly produced in Prince Edward County. Using mother from Modena, Italy our balsamic vinegar is aged in 100 year old  Spanish Sherry casks and blended with local maple syrup. We take tradition and innovation and add a twist to create a product that is uniquely Canadian. 

No artificial colours or preservatives. Combine with Aionia Black Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the perfect vinegrette. Pair with cheeses, breads or reduce and drizzle on your favourite meals.
